MULTI-LEVEL RESIDENTIAL PROJECT IN BANANA ISLAND

Project Info

A private client desired the development of a high-end mixed residential building in the commercial zone of Banana Island. We proposed two options each with 10 number three-bedroom apartments, 4 number Four-bedroom maisonettes, 1 number One-bedroom short stay and an expansive Pent floor apartment with 270 degrees view of the lagoon. The Client ultimately decided to go with Option 2. Construction supervision was exciting and presented various opportunities to experience new construction methods.
